At The Christian Girl Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges if requests are submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Once return label is emailed the customer will then have 30 days to return the item(s) provided the items meet the following conditions:
- The item return request was submitted within 7 days of delivery date.
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, free from stains, perfume, or damage.
- Original Tags & Packaging: All tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request (return/refund): Email us at [Support@tgcb.store] with your order number and reason for return/exchange with a picture of item tag and packaging if wrong size or damage to the item within 7 days of the delivery date of item.
- Receive a Return Label: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. (Return shipping fees may apply; however, label is free.)
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and send it back within 30 days of receiving the return label.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- If an item is returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize for any defects or mistakes! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? Let us know! If customer wants to exchange for a different size or completely different item customer must re-purchase proper item size or product of their choice. Upon return of the original item the funds will be refunded for previous items within 3 to 5 business days.
